Memory Remains

Withered and wilted from the winter cold
Through test of time perhaps getting old
Await the spring and have beauty behold
The hardened crusts hide tales untold

Moments are lost with every passing minute
Cherish them coz the whole world is in it
Take the word, inutile regretting it
Fathom the veracity before you shun it

Beginning and end are merely a part
The journey in life is what fills the cart
Vows that say until death do us apart
Only if you can tell before you start

A wilted mind holds thoughts in trains
Stars from summers and clouds from rains
Reveries with joy help ease those pains
Dawn goes to dusk just the memory remains
